Question: How to play west coast style bocce ball?

Didn't know that bocce was played differently on the West coast. The official game is played in a standard court enclosed in 2x10s which may have varying dimensions as to lengh and width. The object is to roll the small ball a reasonable distance, and roll the larger ball closest to the small ball. Teams have lined and plain large balls. After all balls have been rolled whichever ball is closest gains a point.If it is plain and a second plain ball is closer than the lined, 2 points are scored. During the rolling either side may try to knock the opponents ball away from the small ball in order to make points. Sometimes the small ball becomes the target in order to gain points.
