Bocce ball set

I received this Bocce ball set at a very fair price given their quality and the price range for various sets reviewed. This set is an excellent product for beginners who have not yet made the decision to spend $100.00 or so, for some of the premium sets at sporting stores or through Amazon Store. The balls are a good weight and appear to be very durable. The carry bag is sufficient to carry the entire set easily. It came with game instructions and an Order sheet for future item replacement, if required. I am very pleased with this product to date.

Good Deal for the Price

We play bocce on a pea gravel beach in Maine. Despite the abusive playing conditions, the set has held up well. I wish the balls were a bit larger (107mm) and heavier (closer to regulation size and weight). The palino (jack) is equally small; it is the size of a golf ball. Despite the photo depiction, the palino is neutrally colored, so it is easy to lose sight of it in the sand. A golf ball would be just as good. Much more expensive sets would not hold up to the abuse this set does. If you have a family, get this set. If you are interested in tournament play, this set will not qualify.

CHEAP

Extremely cheap set!! Thought I was getting a deal, could have gotten this at a dollar store for probably less $$. The balls are super light and the carrying bag fell apart the first time i opened it. Seems more like a childs set.

We were very pleased with this product. It arrived in a timely fashion, came with a nice bag and the quality was good.

Good value

This set is a good value. Balls are heavy enough for family play and comes with a decent carrying case. Good instructions and durable pieces.
